I’m an author, leadership coach, facilitator, trainer, and speaker with more than two decades of experience helping people and organizations grow stronger in times of change. I blend learning and development, communications, organizational behavior, and creative design to make complex ideas simple, practical and fun.

I’m Executive Vice President of Coaching and Facilitation at Golin, a global public relations agency. I hold a master’s degree in management and organizational behavior, a bachelor’s in communications, and professional credentials from both the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
